Grilled Vegetables with Creamy Cilantro Sauce

  Easy, Versatile & Delicious! Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Keeps for a week or longer in the fridge and livens up all grilled vegetables and meats. Also great with scrambled eggs, rice dishes, sliced tomatoes and cucumber. Here’s what you need:2 cups of cilantro leaves, 1/2 cup walnuts, 1 cup organic coconut milk, 2 garlic cloves, 1 inch piece fresh ginger root (peeled), 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp sesame oil and juice of one lime. Add salt to taste.
