Red Radish Roast
Wash and trim the stems of 8-10 radishes. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 crushed garlic cloves and 1/2 cup chopped parsley. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Roast on a baking sheet in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve alone or with soft goat cheese.
