Is This Real Food?

Sure!

Although “Krunch” might be an overstatement.

But the flavors are true to the label: cabbage-y and arugula-ish for sure. A little lemon, garlic and olive oil and it’s sorta like salad only not.

At $5.50 per 2 oz (snack) bag, it’s a little pricey but hey, a food dehydrator will set you back too and seriously, if you were the dehydrating type, you wouldn’t be looking at this review.
