Why Are There So Many Food Allergies, Intolerances and Sensitivities?

Food allergies, intolerances and sensitivities are so common it's getting impossible to cook a meal for friends without taking a medical history first. Ask anyone and I bet they'll tell you that they react to peanuts, gluten, corn, soy, egg, yeast, shellfish or strawberries.

Food Pyramid revised: the 4 Food Truth Food Groups

Let's face it, perms and the Food Pyramid were fails. The presumed concept behind the Food pyramid was good: eat a variety of foods in the right proportions. Too bad it was funded by industry and the proportions were off: too much grain and sugar and not enough nourishing fats.
